The long awaited B+F Open Flame Kitchen Restaurant reopens at 360 MALL

360 MALL, Kuwait’s iconic shopping mall owned by Tamdeen Shopping Centers, has announced the reopening of B+F Open Flame Kitchen’ (OFK). The popular Kuwaiti brand embodies an upscale designer-concept focused on serving high-end, globally-influenced food items in a splendid, action-filled environment.

Located in The Gardens area in 360 MALL, amongst 21,000 lush, fresh plants growing on the walls, and Japanese Koi fish swimming in pools, the restaurant offers a fantastic dining experience and a diverse array of cuisines.

Claudia Lopusinska, Marketing Manager, 360 MALL, said: “We are extremely pleased to have B+F Open Flame Kitchen reopening at our mall. This vibrant restaurant concept is a magnet that attracts customers looking for a unique dining experience in an exciting ambiance. The restaurant caters to those who enjoy high-quality food from around the world.”

OFK adds a touch of fusion to its international menu, while keeping a close eye on the latest trends in the industry. Guests can not only enjoy a wide range of gourmet food products but also cherish the entertainment created by ‘flame cooking,’ which provides suspense and action for diners through flashes of fire and cooking demonstrations by top-notch chefs.

Additionally the restaurant offers a unique and one of its kind food specialty in its wood fired brick oven pizzeria; it provides a wide range of artisan Italian pizzas, making it a go-to option especially for pizza lovers.

B+F Open Flame Kitchen is well-known for its creativity and was awarded by the International Council of shopping Centers with the Golden Award for “Best New Retail Concept” in 2011.
